i have just signed over with 3 premises, the treatment i am getting is absolutely terrible- all i want is the bill in my name and to give details over so it\\\'s direct debited- 3 weeks later this is still not happening- i believe as a business owner i am losing money wasting time dealing with click that could used productively in my business- i beg for this to be sorted, but doubt its possible.I really just want to not have to worry about electricity, hand my details over so the bills for the properties are direct debited and never have to talk with anyone again - at this point this company is unable to make this happen.

I switch to click knowing the payment will be monthly instalment. At the start I was paying $100+ monthly and on the 3rd month which I thought would be less they charge me $400+ for only a month of electricity and even without an invoice to refer to. I requested for them to investigate the issue. Unfortunately I haven’t heard from them yet and I’m being issued warning notices to pay the amount. Will not recommend and will switch back to my previous provider.

When we were with them, they were overpriced and didnt seem to want to help us save money to stay with them at all Now with Tango and alot happier on all counts
